Welcome to Auburn City Schools' Work-Based Learning website!
Workforce Readiness is possessing qualities and skills desired by an employer. As an Auburn City Schools intern or apprentice enrolled in the Co-opportuntities program, you have an opportunity to get on your way to acquiring validated competencies, building an impressive job portfolio of certification, gaining work experience, and learning invaluable organizational, goal setting and time-management skills that will make you a valuable employee.
This program is designed to increase the overall quality of our students as employees and to assist students to obtain experiences that prepare them to be college and career ready individuals.
The Co-opportuntities program, continually solicits community partners who desire to fill our local pipeline with quality entry-level employees. Partners serve in a variety of capacities including: serving as a mentors, guest speakers, employers, and through service on the Work-Based Learning Advisory Board.
