C. Sign up AND attend a 30 minute follow-up session (by 8/21) to:

• Verify Receipt of Required Forms

• Answer any Questions About Co-op Requirements

• Portfolio Requirement (Will be final exam grade-keep up with all submitted items in your notebook/portfolio)

• Discuss Wage & Hour Report & Pay stub copy

• Monthly Journal Submission

• Submitting monthly forms through Schoology
