Job Description

Lead summer harvest, maintenance, and installation crews• Market fruit and value-added products at markets and special events• Manage fruit crop-specific growth habits• Maintain the vegetable plots• Administer IPM programs for fruit and vegetable commodities• Maintain compliance and regulatory guidelines for chemical and safety programs• Assist with educational seminars and special events, such as volunteer day

Additional requirements• Occasionally work in inclement weather conditions• Must be able to work scheduled weekdays and weekends• Abide by WPS regulations when working with any hazardous chemicals• Must be able to perform physical duties and lift items up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

Full and part-time positions include, but are not limited to:• Monthly stipend - increases according to skill level and responsibility• On-farm housing• Incentivized pay• Weekly small share of our CSA program
